WHAT IS RDF?
Refundable Deposit Financing (RDF) provides loans to you as a Purchaser for your commercial real estate acquisitions throughout your Due Diligence (DD) period. The loans provide liquidity for you and your business, financing refundable deposits that are contracted in Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS). Refundable Deposit Loans typically range from $100,000 to $2,000,000 for +/- 30-90 days.

As Partner and Principal Broker at one of Canada’s leading private lending groups, he successfully managed annual totals of $200M with over $2B in period financing, specialized in financing student housing in Waterloo, and funding $600M over an 8 years period.
Previously with Fuller Jenks Landau Chartered Accountants, Baratz proceeded into the world of real estate with this strong financial background and has now aided in developing mid-size commercial real estate projects across the GTA. This industry experience and decades of skill development provides invaluable expertise to FUELCap’s exceptional team.
